Automatic Matching compares the timestamps available in your imported data and video metadata. Camera and dive-computer clocks can differ, so review the suggested session and adjust the sync point when necessary. Automatic Matching options can be changed in Settings.
Open Setup from the Sync screen and enable Fine Tune Jog Control for smaller adjustments. Move the video until the visible dive moment aligns with the corresponding dive data.
Open iOS or iPadOS Settings, select DepthRender, and check Photos access. DepthRender needs permission to select source videos and save completed exports.
Confirm that the device has enough free storage, keep DepthRender open when possible, and try a lower resolution or quality setting. If the issue continues, contact support with the export settings and source-video details.
Use Restore Purchase in DepthRender on a device signed in with the Apple Account that originally completed the purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and are not tied to a separate DepthRender account.
Imported dive data, editing settings, and video processing stay on your device. DepthRender does not operate a server that receives your dive files or videos. See the Privacy Policy for details.
